Class Capacity

FLOW classes are intentionally capped to support safe movement, quality instruction, and a better experience. Depending on the class style and instructor, FLOW classes range from 15–20 mats per class.

Standard FLOW Classes

A balanced Yoga and Pilates experience focused on strength, mobility, and control. Designed to support steady progress and everyday movement.

Extended FLOW Sessions

Longer format Yoga and Pilates classes that allow more time for technique, progression, and recovery focused movement.
