We are here to assist you with any inquiries regarding our classes and memberships.

  • For SPIN classes, we recommend comfortable clothing, athletic shoes or spin shoes, water, and a small sweat towel.
  • For FLOW, we recommend comfortable clothing, water, a yoga mat if you prefer your own, and a small sweat towel.
  • For IGNITE, we recommend comfortable clothing, athletic shoes, water, and a small sweat towel.

If you’d like to try a single class, drop-in classes are available for $15 + HST for any SPIN, FLOW, or IGNITE class, subject to availability.

New to CTRL//? We also offer an Intro Pack called CTRL//EXPLORE, designed to help you try different classes before committing.

CTRL//EXPLORE includes:

  • 3 classes of your choice (SPIN, FLOW, or IGNITE)
  • 1 infrared sauna session (20, 30, or 40 minutes)
  • Valid for 3 weeks from purchase

The CTRL//EXPLORE Intro Pack is available to new members only, with a limit of one per person.

Membership changes or pauses may be available depending on your plan. Requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to studio policies.

We offer monthly unlimited memberships for SPIN, FLOW, and IGNITE, along with 3-month, 6-month, and annual options. Drop-in classes and class packs are also available. New members can start with an Intro Pack, which lets you try any class for three weeks.

SPIN and FLOW are offered under separate memberships. If you’d like access to more than one class type, our CTRL//MIX membership allows you to take up to four classes per week across SPIN, FLOW, and IGNITE.

We schedule a 10-minute transition between all classes to reset the room and prepare for the next session.

  • SPIN: Members do not need to wipe down bikes after class. Spin bikes are cleaned by staff.
  • FLOW: If you borrow a CTRL// mat, simply roll it up and place it in the designated used mat bin after class.
  • IGNITE: Strength equipment (including dumbbells and TRX bands) are cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day. If you borrow a CTRL// mat, simply roll is up and place in the designated used mat bin after class.

Floors are wiped between classes as needed, and all equipment is cleaned regularly to maintain a safe studio experience.
